I'd like to start a hobby but I don't know where to start?

It’s great that you want to start a hobby. Keeping yourself busy and your mind active are fantastic things to do when you’re living with dementia. In terms of where to start, think about the things you’ve done in the past that you’ve enjoyed. Whether it’s a sport or physical activity or something creative, tapping into things that have brought joy, relaxation or have positive associations for you are good starting points. Or, perhaps you’ve always fancied giving something a try but haven’t had the time? Just take a bit of time to reflect on what activities you think you might take pleasure from.
