I loved dancing when I was younger, can I start again?

Absolutely, yes, you can start dancing again. In fact, dancing is a fantastic activity when you’re living with dementia. It’s sociable, uplifting and great for: *communication skills *memory *co-ordination and balance *problem solving and planning skills Dancing is also a great form of expression and a brilliant way of getting fit, staying active and socialising.
