Does the NHS offer talking therapy?

Yes, the NHS offers talking therapies to anyone over 18 who is registered with a GP. You can access NHS talking therapies directly and don’t need to be referred by your GP, but it might be a good idea to let your GP know if you’re struggling emotionally.
