    2. Can anyone share tips on how to stay positive?

I still go to my keep fit class every week and I feel so much better for it. I'll do it as long as I can.

    2. I don't feel comfortable asking for help, what should I do?

I understand how you feel but sadly you are going to need help and support at some point. Maybe not much right now, but it will change. Have you tried counselling or therapy? It might help you come to terms with the situation.
