Yes because it's not about who you are leaving anything to, it's about making sure someone you trust can take care of your affairs when you can't do it yourself anymore.
yes, someone needs to manage your affairs.
Yep, best to get it done. You won't be able to manage paperwork and bills etc when you get more severe symptoms, sadly.
