Has anyone installed camera's inside their home, do they help?

Not really, I just feel like I'm being spied on!

No and I'm really nto sure about this. Interested to hear what everyone else thinks.

My daughter wants me to do this so that she can keep an eye on me and would know if i have a fall but I don't like the idea one bit.
