No, but you do need to tell the DVLA.

Tell the DVLA. You could be fined if you don't. I think you also need to tell your insurance company. The DVLA tells you if you can keep driving or not I think.

You might not have to stop yet but you have to tell the DVLA and they decide if you can or not. I think they write to your doctor. Eventually you'll have to give up but not necessarily right now. Depends how you are.
